Shipping policy

Orders are shipped priority or next day via UPS, FedEx, and USPS. While these shipping companies strive to deliver packages on time, we have no control once the package leaves our store. We recommend shipping to commercial addresses when possible so that packages are not left outside in the elements (heat, cold, etc). We are not responsible for addresses entered incorrectly by the customer. Once the package leaves our store, we have no control over the way it is handled.

Orders ship Monday through Wednesday. We will not ship on Thursday or Friday to avoid packages sitting for extended periods of time. 

Heat warning

Chocolate will melt when exposed to temperatures above 72 degrees. During warmer periods, orders will be shipped in insulated packaging and cold packs. We will make all efforts to ensure the package is prepared appropriately for the weather; however, we cannot guarantee that the shipping company may not expose the package to heat or cold, which may impact the chocolate.
